With over 15 years of experience in both commercial and residential fields, we can customize a room, an office, a retail store, or an entire house to reflect the owner's unique style or create special ambiance. Started by Randy and Hillery Wallis -- a husband/wife team of second generation painters -- Innovative Paint & Decor, formerly known as Wallis Painting & Decorating has built a loyal following of happy clients throughout northern California and the San Fransisco Bay Area. Over the years, Randy has shared his skills and techniques with paint students as an instructor, providing mentoring and guidance to up and coming paint professionals.
